Dr. Howe and Dr. Donnelly believe that quality dental care should be affordable and offer flexible payment options to accommodate your unique needs. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us. We'll be happy to explain your payment choices.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Pay the full fee amount by cash or check at the time of service and receive a 5% fee reduction.
Insurance Information
We accept a variety of plans and will help you understand your particular plan benefits.
Dr. Howe and Dr. Donnelly are preferred providers for Delta Dental Network, Humana, Met Life, Aetna, Oregon Dental Service, United Concordia, Cigna, Principal and Pacific Source.
As the patient, you are responsible for all applicable co-pays at the time services are rendered. As a courtesy, we can arrange to bill you for deductible amounts over a specified period of time. Call for more information.
Third-Party Financing
Third-party financing, often with low or no interest for qualified applicants, is available through Care Credit.
Senior Specials
Seniors qualify for a discounted fee if payment is made at the time of service. Call our dental office for more information.
