How do the doctors stay up-to-date with current techniques and materials?
Dr. Donnelly and Dr. Howe subscribe to the latest industry journals to keep tabs on research and developments in the dental field. They also make time for continuing education and ensure our staff does the same. By staying on top of innovations in the dental field, we bring our patients what we consider to the best service possible.
Do you accept referrals? We're happy to accept referrals from other dental offices as well as our patients. Your referral is the highest compliment we can receive.
What do I do if I have an emergency when the office is closed?
If you experience a dental emergency, please call our office and leave a voice mail describing your condition. We'll return your call as soon as possible, provide helpful information, and then determine if you need to be seen immediately.
What payment options do you provide?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your insurance plan co-pay is due at the time of your visit. We also offer third-party financing. Visit our New Patients page to learn more, or give us a call.
How can I ask my dentist questions outside of my appointment?
Dr. Howe and Dr. Donnelly encourage open communication and are available daily to answer questions received via e-mail or voice mail. Depending on office traffic and the complexity of your questions, your dentist will try to respond within 24 hours.
What precautions do you take to ensure patient safety?
Our entire team is well trained in state-of-the-art sterilization techniques and safety measures. We wear disposable gloves and facemasks to prevent passing germs, sterilize reusable instruments in a special sanitation center, and utilize a water filtration system that provides a fresh water source for each patient.
What makes you different from any other dental practice I can visit?
As our patient, you'll be treated like an individual, not a chart or a set of teeth. Our goal is to help you obtain and maintain optimal oral health. We'll take the time to understand your dental history and needs and provide outstanding care for your unique smile. In addition, we'll educate you about preventive measures that can save you time, discomfort, and money.
I really don't like visiting the dentist. Is there something you can do to help me relax?
We understand many people experience dental anxiety. Our team has created a warm, friendly environment where you can feel safe and comfortable. We offer deluxe amenities for your enjoyment during your visit, and our dentists use nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and oral sedation to soothe nerves and calm fears.
I want my front teeth to look better, but I don't want to wear braces. What do you recommend?
Dr. Donnelly and Dr. Howe may suggest artistic bonding and contouring bonding, porcelain veneers, or Invisalign clear braces, depending on your unique case. We'd be happy to talk with you further about the treatment options that best suit your individual situation.
What is Smile Analysis?
Smile Analysis is a comprehensive evaluation of your smile's health, function, and aesthetics. Your dentist will assess your teeth, gums, and bite, as well as your facial bone structure and lip line symmetry, then suggest general and preventive, cosmetic, and/or restorative solutions to beautify your smile and create lasting oral health.
